52.756 acres (21.348 hectares) or thereabouts of Cauliflower Aftermath for grazing at Trembleath Farm, St Columb, Cornwall, TR9 6DP.
Available on a short-term Licence for Grazing, with payment for the full Term due in full, in advance, plus Agent’s Commission of 5% + VAT (subject to a minimum £150.00 + VAT). The Term will commence upon the Agent’s receipt of the Licence Fee and signed Licence agreement and will run through to 28th February 2026.
Access:
Each field parcel can be accessed via road gateways which have been indicated on the attached Field Plan. Additionally, wide gateways are present internally between the field parcels.
Fencing:
It is essential that any prospective Licensee ensures that suitable electric or other temporary fencing is erected and that it remains stockproof at all times. There is limited permanent fencing present on the land and therefore it is the Licensee’s responsibility to properly contain their own stock.
If problems occur with stock escaping, then the Licensor reserves the right to request that stock be removed before the end of the Licence Period.
Husbandry:
Any prospective Licensee is responsible for checking and monitoring the welfare of their own livestock. For the avoidance of doubt, the Licensor is not and will not be offering any shepherding or other livestock attention.
Run-Back Areas:
The Licensor owns several grass fields in the same vicinity as the cauliflower aftermath in question. These are available for use as run-back areas for sheep when grazing the brassica fields, subject to further negotiation. As above, it is essential that adequate stockproof fencing is erected on these run-back areas as well to prevent sheep escaping.
Application and Tender Form:
The highest or any other tender will not necessarily be accepted, entirely at the Licensor’s discretion.
Tenders must be submitted on the attached tender form only, and returned to: –
