The Land
The land comprises three fields, both bound by Cornish earth bank and livegrowth hedges. They are gently sloping and a central gateway connects the two. There are two gated access points from the B3297 into the northern most field, though these have now become overgrown and need reopening. Similarly, the gate from this road into the southern most field is also overgrown, but there is an open gated access point into this enclosure from the country road along the southern boundary.

Location
The fields are located with immediate access from the B3297 between Burras and Trenear, on the outskirts of Wendron, and from the minor road leading to Porkellis. Helston is within 5 miles and offers a wide range of everyday facilities and amenities. Four Lanes is almost equidistant and offers a convenience store, primary school and public house.
