The Unit is of concrete block construction with a newly fitted insulated profile steel sheet roof. The external walls of the office section have been insulated, and will be fitted with new PVC frame double glazed windows and door.
The unit is being refurbished and refitted and provides an opportunity for adaptation by the Landlord to suit the Tenant's requirements. For example, the main door to the Unit could be upgraded to an electric roller shutter door, and the internal wiring / lighting / sockets can be tailored to the Tenant's requirements subject to negotiations.
