Situation:
The standing grass is situated at Iron Mine Farm, Grampound Road, Truro, TR2 4EW which is approximately 2 miles northwest of the village of Grampound Road and is about 4 miles south-east of Summercourt.
Description:
21 acres of permanent pasture standing grass for a maximum of 3 cuts as one lot to be taken by 30th September 2023 which has been rolled and fertilised with 3 cwt plus per acre 20/10/10, on 21st April 2023 and sprayed for docks at the same time.
The grass comprises of 6 gently sloping easily worked fields shown edged Green on the attached map and has had the advantage of being winter grazed by sheep, and over seeded at the time of the fertiliser being applied.
Application and Tender Form:
The highest or any other tender will not necessarily be accepted.
Tenders must be submitted on the attached tender form only and additional information may be attached thereto. Prospective tenderees should give the fullest possible details of their proposed tender.
Buyers’ commission at the rate of 5% plus VAT is chargeable on the tender price although no VAT will be charged on the purchase price of the grass itself. Tenders close on Monday 22nd May 2023 at 5.30 pm.

Note:
The grass must be viewed on foot only and no vehicles may be driven around any of the fields.
