Terms are negotiable but generally as below:-
Landlord to insure and maintain the structure of the building and roof, toilet and parking area. Tenant to be responsible for their own internal repairs and to insure their contents.
Rent payable Monthly in advance.
Initial agreement length to be 12 months, then rolling with a three month notice period to terminate.
The Premises are available by way of a Agreement at a rent of £700 per calendar month, payable monthly in advance.
A Damage Deposit of £700 will be payable prior to commencement of the lease. This will be returned to the Tenant following the end of the lease, subject to conditions.
The successful Tenant will be required to pay £300 + VAT towards the Chartered Surveyors' fee.
