SITUATION

Trewince Farm is situated on the outskirts of the popular and sought after village of Stithians and only 1½ miles from the well regarded primary school and all local amenities. The village has a Post Office, Costcutter shop, Doctor's surgery, public house and Church together with rugby, football and cricket clubs. The village is home to the largest one day agricultural show in the County which is held annually in July with attendances in excess of 20,000 people.

The former ancient market town of Helston, renowned for its annual Flora Day Furry Dance is 6½ miles and is the gateway to the Lizard Peninsula. The A394 Falmouth to Helston road provides easy access to the main towns in the area and connects with a network of country lanes and minor roads leading to the beaches, coves and coastline around Falmouth Bay and the North Helford district.
