SITUATION

Trethowan Heights is a popular residential cul-de-sac of individual detached houses and bungalows, situated on the rural western outskirts of the City and approached over Penwethers Lane from Highertown. The centre of the City, Cornwall's principal commercial, retail and administration centre is about 1½ miles away. Aldi and Sainsbury's supermarkets, near County Hall, are about ½ a mile distance with the mainline railway station a further ½ of a mile with regular trains to London Paddington etc.

THE PROPERTY

The bungalow was built so we understand in the mid 1980's and has a broad frontage with low maintenance spar dashed exterior walls under a concrete tiled roof.
