Situation

Prospect Farm Livery is well situated in the hamlet of Trannack which has a primary school and cluster of residential properties. The property is accessed off a minor Council road leading from the B3297 Helston to Redruth road with a wide entrance splay into the drive leading up to the hard standing yard and parking area. There is good riding out over the local country lanes and tracks.

The B3297 which travels from the market town of Redruth (9 miles to the north) southwards to Helston can be joined less than 1 mile to the east.
