Crowntown has a public house and primary school however the main services are at Helston about 3 miles away. There are many bridleways tracks and country lanes in the area providing good riding out.

The purpose built stable block has a reinforced concrete apron and floor. The building is of timber frame construction with an ongulene roof and comprises a "U" shape arrangement with a sheltered yard area which faces east to minimize the effect of the prevailing winds.

In front of the stable block there is a professionally constructed arena (40m x 20m) with post and rail fencing and which has recently had a new drainage system installed and a new sand and fibre surface. There is also a new post and rail lunging pen.

From the land there are attractive far reaching views across the surrounding countryside. The land is comprised within two main fields bounded by Cornish hedges and is sub-divided into paddocks by post and electric fencing, each with its own water connection. The land is free draining and all down to well maintained pasture.

Overall the whole property extends to 7.44 acres or thereabouts and provides an ideal opportunity to acquire a rarely available professional equestrian set-up in a convenient location.
