SITUATION

The plot is well situated in an attractive residential area, close to the village centre and within easy walking distance of all local services and facilities. Planning permission was granted under application PA16/01477 dated 11th April 2016 for the erection of a single dwelling with garage and application no PA18/01783 dated 2nd May 2018 for a variation of condition 3 to enable the use of different vehicular and pedestrian access (material amendment).
