SITUATION

Trungle Farm is situated in superb rolling countryside approximately 1½ miles from the outskirts of Hayle which has an active local community with many social and sports clubs, excellent local shops, banks, schooling, health facilities, restaurants and pubs etc. Hayle has a mainline railway station on the Penzance to London Paddington line and a retail shopping park with Marks & Spencer, Next and Boots which is just 2 miles from the farm. Hayle is a major holiday resort in West Cornwall and is renowned for its excellent "3 miles of golden sands", a popular surfers' paradise, from The Towans in the west to Godrevy Point and Lighthouse on the east of St. Ives Bay. The estuary at Hayle is a nationally renowned "birding area", a protected Nature Reserve managed by the RSPB and is a designated SSSI and World Heritage Site. The A30 at Hayle provides easy access to the east and west of the County.

Penzance, with its more comprehensive shopping, health and education facilities is 10 miles distant and has a regular passenger ferry service to the Isles of Scilly. Camborne is 4½ miles. Carbis Bay, with its sheltered sandy beach, is situated on the road into St. Ives and is about 7 miles away with St. Ives itself 8½ miles distant. Penzance, St. Ives and Marazion, each with well-known beaches and all being popular tourist destinations are within short driving distances.

The farmhouse and buildings are situated well away from the road and immediate neighbours in a quiet position in the centre of the farm. From many parts of the farm there are lovely far reaching views across open countryside to the sea and coast in the distance. The property is ideally located in a rural, yet accessible, location just a short distance from spectacular stretches of the Cornwall coastline. The property is in no way isolated and within easy reach of most main amenities and enjoys an idyllic setting in the heart of a highly productive farming district.
