The land lies adjacent to the Pendeen Road, the B3318 leading from Newbridge to Pendeen. The land is situated approx. 1 mile from the centre of the village of Pendeen, 2 miles from the hamlet of Newbridge, 3 miles from the town of St. Just and 5 miles from the harbour town of Penzance with a superb range of amenities and services.
